Castello Angioino-Aragonese di Gaeta

The Angevin-Aragonese Castle overlooks the upper part of medieval Gaeta. The complex comprises two sections built in different periods, which are clearly visible in the silhouette of the fortress overlooking the town and bear witness to the city’s military role on the gulf.

Reaching it takes you through the narrow streets and uphill paths of the historic centre, offering glimpses of the rooftops and the sea.
